LED Systems Leadership
Senior-level LED systems leadership providing end-to-end technical oversight from prep through show. This role includes system review and planning, processor and control configuration, signal flow verification, redundancy strategy, and onsite execution. Leadership focuses on system stability, operational clarity, & calm decision-making under live conditions, ensuring the production team has a single point of technical accountability.
LED Engineers
Experienced LED engineers providing technical execution and operational control of LED systems. LED Engineers support system configuration, processor operation, monitoring, and troubleshooting during rehearsals and live events. They operate within established system plans and maintain performance, reliability, and consistency throughout the production lifecycle.
LED Assistants
Technically capable LED support personnel assisting with system build, configuration, and maintenance. LED Assistants support wall assembly, data and power distribution, testing, labeling, and troubleshooting under the direction of LED Engineers and Systems Leadership, contributing to efficient workflows and clean system execution.
LED Stagehands
Execution-focused LED crew supporting physical build and strike. LED Hands assist with LED wall assembly, cabling, cable management, and strike while following established workflows, safety standards, and system documentation supporting an organized, on-schedule installation.
